Hey guys Ive been playing civ for a while but I never tried any mods/ scenrios other than the default one, and i just download the lord of the rings scenerio and it looks fun but I dont know to to play it, where do I put the file? In the conquest scenerio area?

Most of them you put in the scenario folder. You may have to move the biq to the parent folder. Sometimes they put the biq in a seperate file. Then at selection time you go to the civ content and it should be there.

i pasted the .biq file in the scenario folder. But the game can't see it 
In the scenario folder you should have a biq for each sub folder. IOW

Did you paste it in conquests-->scenarios, or PTW or vanilla scenarios? .biq will only work in C3C.
