Hypothetical Scenario Poll: The Draft is Reinstated. What would you do?

Easy, follow Bush's example, ignore the draft and go and fly planes occasionally somewhere else, if I could remember.

If the draft was reinstated, and YOU were drafted, would you accept your fate, or would you flee the country and/or protest?

EDIT: To make it easier assume you are eligible

EDIT2: The war would be a take over of the whole of the middle east, the final chapter in the 'war on terror'.

Flee the country/Protest + Conduct armed resistance if neccessary

Well, due to bad ankles, I am undraftable. But I do not believe in involuntary conscription, so I would not go. I would also protest.

To me, if I'm going to prattle about how having choice and freedom is sacrosanct, then I'm going to have to be against forced conscription.

The Marines would be seeing alot of action, I bet they would use Navy surgeons in medical facilities for them.

I'd volunteer, for the infantry.

Still, medical personnel would not likely be involved in combat operations, regardless of the division.

I don't know where you get this idea. How did people think we were going to wage war against Japan? By tunneling underground?
