I am so frustrated with the game. I has been playing this since 4 years ago, and I can't take it any longer. The AI was too good when I was starting... but now it is just STUPID. Is there any patch that can solve this AI's stupidity???? I wanna play for real, feel like I am playing against someone that can bit me... I has abandoned the single games because AI's low paying skills... but I can't also play with humans at multiplayer online or direct IP because this damned ''sync error'' comes up EVERY SINGLE TIME like every 5 turns between after the game gets a little developed.
I AM SO TIRED AND SICK OF THIS...
If there's no patch that can improve IA's or delete that sync error in online gaming, im definitively quitting playing this game.

If only microsoft has designed the Civilization's AI.... because that AI from Chess game is unbeatable.

I never thought of Civilization as a game in which you have to beat anyone but yourself. When you play against a computer there's no person to defeat but yourself. AI stupidity is irrelevant. I wouldn't want computer to be smart. Remember Terminator and Skynet.

What matters is can you win challenging game and some people here focus more on achieving some win unrelated conditions which bring them joy.

If you want more human touch in the game, set your game to always war, or at least agressive AI.

No, that's how he mocks people who has no idea how to amuse themselves and don't even give a simple effort to seek something else by themselves.
There are mods that enhance the AI's, there is the overused argument play deity and there are friendly XOTM competitions (for those nauseating the awful HoF...ohhhhhh HoF is soooo bad I'm pround to be one....) where you literally compete against human talents.

I posted that with tired eyes. I missed the sync issue. I'm not sure why he's having it, except perhaps that many online games use a MP mod now and he might not have it.

I do agree with Tachy though. OP has lots of competitive avenues open to him if he really cares. If.
