I didn't declare war but it said I did!

Three times now I've noticed that I'm minding my own business and all of the sudden I hear that war declaration horn, I look to the announcement and see to my surprise that I've declared war on a civilization! In one game as the Egyptians, the computer declared war on the Aztecs twice on my behalf.

Another problem that I seem to have but I don't think others do is that my warlord unit doesn't appear with my modern units when I attach him to a tank or infantry. When I upgraded by grenadier + general to infantry, he went away. He never even showed up for my tank.

This sounds like a defensive pact being tripped. If you have a pact with someone and the Aztecs attack them, you'll immediately and automatically declare war on the Aztecs.

Same Bug here. At first I thought it was them declaring the war and I was curious as I had pretty good relations with then. On reload, I saw that it was me who declared war. No other wars going on, etc. so no defensive pact either.

Here's a save right before the declaration. Just end the turn and Victoria should declare war right away.

The file is a zip-archive, just change the ending from doc to zip. It wouldn't take the save either as it's a warlords savegame (don't know if I mentioned it that this happened with a warlords game).

No Bug there:
Only the Event log is to slow to point it out, but when you Alt-Tab to view the complete log you see this:

Vicky declares on Julius, your Vassal and after that you declare on Vicky, which is automatic...

Yeah, India is my vassal... That's probably it. But I saw no "Louis the 14th declares war against Ghandi" message. It sure is weird anyway when you see "you have declared war against France" and the french tanks roll in... and you're like WTH!?!!
