I don't have [c3c]
Should I buy it? What are the pros (and cons, if any)? Would I still be able to play [ptw]? I'd apreciate some info about it.
If anybody could post a link to a good reveiw, that would be awesome.

Thanks, trooper. I read a few of the reviews. Overall it sounded good (One review was pretty harsh though).
More civs, more units, more governments, I'll probably buy it.

Definately worth it. C3C fixes a lot of things that were broken or too exploitive in PTW and Vanilla: corruption, Republic, Communism, FP.

And you can google search for "civilization conquests reviews". I didn't look at the hits though.

That's just GameFAQs for you - for reviews of almost any game you'll see a couple extreme ratings. I usually try to mentally filter the ~10% fanboy and ~10% jaded cynic reviews (no offense meant to either) - the middle-ground reviews are usually the most helpful (IMHO).

On topic, I personally found conquests to be very much worth the money.

As Own and a few people have said, Conquests are incredibly addicting and fun. It includes some things that should have been in PTW, like Agricultural and Seafaring civs. Plus, the Byzantines have Dromons. That alone should decide the purchase.

It will certainly be worthy for your investment in C3C. Actually I am looking forward another expansion pack before civ4 comes out.

I think you are looking in vain. There are no plans that I know of to improve Civ3, not even bug fixes. :(

Why does everything have to be analysed to death?

It is allowed to have some fun too...
