Scandinavia were at war with Canadia, America, and England over broder diputes, NAA (Noth Atlantic Alliance) formed between U.S., England and Canadia. Border disputes end peacefully between FUAN and Egypt. English ships and bombers destroy a coastal city of Scandinavia, restarting the war. The war ends again in peacetalks. South America Nation becomes alive again, and starts dispute between itself and Spain, England backs Spain. Major advances of Naval warfar and submarine technology from the Canadian government. Jet engine improved and air missiles invented by the British royal airforce.

Russia has been continuing to build up her navy and air force for the OOC week.

Her navy is tiny due to the subs bought from Canadia, and now her air force is just about to become large. But to complete that she needs to buy some helicopters from FUAN.

To that end, Stalin orders 500 T-42 helicopters from FUAN at a price of 3.5 million dollars, a huge investment to show Russia is dedicated to her armed forces' safety. These helicopters will have a few alterations made, giving it the ability to carry anti-tank missiles as well as the mini-guns, extra armour, one extra mini-gun in a turret under the nose, better landing gear so it can land on Russia's destroyers and aircraft carrier, and finally a night vision system. All these improvements will cost an extra $3000, bringing the total cost per helicopter up to $10,000, for a total investment of 5 million dollars. The helicopter that results will have a reduced speed of 60mph compared to the usual 75, but Red Air Force personnel agree the extras are worth it. It will be called the Hind.

Due to having to buy the extra mini-gun and a licence to change the copter, an extra $1000 dollars per helicopter(this coming out of the extra $3000 spent per copter) going to FUAN, bringing the total up to 4 million dollars worth of custom for them.

If FUAN agrees to this, then Russia's air force may be considered large, and her navy still tiny.

Next, Stalin puts in place a plan for 1 million dollars extra to go to FUAN to buy more mini-guns, equipping the entire Red Army's foot soldiers with them. He also orders improvements to the old T-38 battle tank, now to be known as the Stalin battle tank. The Red Army will then be an up to date force.

Finally, Stalin orders more money be put towards funding the navy, as next year he hopes to expand it yet more, with the St. Petersburg, Vladivostok and Sevastapol shipyards working overtime.

TOTAL BOUGHT FROM FUAN = 5 million dollars.

He orders research into jet engines, radar, sonar, air-to-air missiles and nuclear reactors for his ships and submarines.

If he can buy this technology, he will. If not, then all five will be researched for a long long time, priority being given to jet engines.

Stalin considers helicopters to be ground attack air force units.

And he knows it is a lot of helicopters, but remember the size of Russia!

He will send 2.5 million dollars in advance, for the miniguns(for my infantry) and to build more factories to produce helicopters. The second 2.5 million will follow on receiving the helicopters and guns.

He knows this is a huge number to produce, which is why he is hoping you will use the first sum to expand your industry, allowing you to produce more.

Has any body been watching the real FIFA World Cup? I can't belive France lost to Sinigall! That was crazy! Any way in our own little tournament we have our finalists...

( Brittan and Canada were a very even match. But very early in the match Canada scored in the 12th. min. And for the rest of the first half that score stood. In the 52nd. England answerd with a goal. It remaind scorless for the rest of the match. Then it went into golden goal over time and still NO GOALS. It was beginning to get rediculess because both the keepers were making save after save. It was crazy. Then it went to PK's, for 7 strait rounds the keepers were scord on but in the eighth round Canada had to kick first... he pranced up to the ball and struck it hard into the upper "v". The keeper had no chance at it. The the next kicker for Brittan stepped up. He pranced up to the and kicked it but he shanked it and it was a slow roller into the keepers arms. It was a disappointing end to such a brilliant game.)

( This to was a hard fought game with plent of chances. the score was totally scorless for the whole first half and most of the second. But FUAN got a lucky break when Slivasky got the ball by a pass from his left defender. He turned toward the goal but he had three defeders to beat. This would be no easy task. So he started at the first defender, he got to him and faked like he was going to pass it one way the he dibbled it the other. Then he got to the 2nd. and did a few cross overs and blew passed him. By the time he got to the 3rd. defender he was tired so he just flicked the ball over his head and ran behind him. Since the defender was the last defender, and he knew his keeper sucked balls, he clipped Slivasky just on the end of the penalty area. They got the ball set up to take the free kick. Slivasky looked for a man to pass the ball to, then he looked for the shot. The ref blew his whisle for him to kick the ball. He took aim and fired the shot! It was a low driven ball. The keeper dove for the ball and on his out- stretched finger he tipped the ball but it still went in... off the post. I was a great attempt by the keeper but it wasn't good enough.)

Alright, Babylon has all of it's armies equipped with the SAIGA assault shotgun. But there are excess shotguns that were made. They believe that there are about 20,000 shotguns not in used. If anyone who wants to buy some write a post. OK!

Also, Babylon's navy have finally went to the next level! Thanks to the improvements of Babylonian technology.

And lastly, babylon is almost done with it's new development of it's new SIGS Tank. This will be completed with 4 missile launchers mounted on its hull. It also comes complete with its new grenade launcher to launch the Artillary destroyer grenades.

Stalin awaits FUAN's decision on the helicopters.

Meanwhile he puts in a bid of $500,000 for the 20,000(or $25 each) assault shotguns, and a bid of $2 million for 1000 SIGS Tanks(that's $2000 each).

These will help keep the Russian Army up to date, and with her air force due for expansion very soon, and her navy not long after, and then both due to be updated with technology, Russia's armed forces are reaching their peak.

Scrapping the USSR's old way of conscription, Stalin now introduces a volunteer army with good pay, enough that Russia's army will stay at imperial level, but due to longer service, the quality will improve.

Russia is booming, and Stalin is using the money to create an armed forces that can defend such a huge nation.

Keeping it low key, William decides to never let any nation know what he is doing, his nation is researching Nuclear fission and power to be installe don submarines and Naval ships. His science officers estimate a two-year period of development (2 weeks instead of one, too make it fair since it's such a huge technology!) and a total cost of 10,000,000 pounds, an extreme amount. This will difinetly test the British economy.

Sorry, the SIGS Tank are not done yet, but it's almost done. And I think the starting price would be for $10,000. But I will sell it for $5,000 for alliance members. Ok! I need to have $$ to research another invention. The more you buy, the more better the next invention will be!

And i am also selling the artillary destroyer grenades. remember, this are the grenades that explodes, then disrupts mechanical machinery, making it easy for soldiers to attack tanks and other mechanical things. The static disabler would disrupt mechanical machinery for a 50-feet-radius.

One more thing, we're about to start testing and tweaking of a new sniper rifle for front-line cover fire. It uses caseless ammunition and has a 16x telescopic scope. Caseless ammunition makes the weapon have no muzzle flash, almost completely silent, and have no recoil. It's also fully automatic because the low recoil allows it to be that way. Starting price for......uhh.......one...is $8,000.(Post me if its too much!)

Okay, 2.5 million(the original 2 plus 500,000 from the shotguns being a different amount) will be spent buying 500 of those SIGS tanks.

Russia will order however many shotguns Babylon can sell, at $500 each. We will of course allow an equal amount to be sold to FUAN so we can share Babylon's technology.

As for the new rifle, Stalin will purchase 200 for 1.5 million dollars. He knows that this is 100,000 dollars below the asking price(that would total 1.6 million) but he hopes that Babylon will see fit to authorise it at that amount to an ally. If not, then Stalin will pay the extra 100,000 dollars.

Oh, and he has authorised the sending of the first $2.5 million to FUAN, and expects to see his mini-guns and hopefully his helicopters by the end of the year.

With the Russian naval yards working overtime, Russia's navy may now be considered small.
