ICBMs?

With the 1.61 patch and the 1.74 patch, it mentions that 1.74 has fixed the ICBM prob where the AI didn't use ICBMs. Problem being is that I've been reading the forums and have found that people have issues with 1.74. Si I wanted to stick with the 1.61 but it doesn't mention that the ICBM prob was fixed under 1.61 only 1.74, is this true?

I don't know the answer to the question but IMO with ICBMs as they are, I would rather have the AI not use them. ICBMs are a big waste of hammers.

I wouldn't say they are a waste of hammers. Come in handy, even for the fear aspect.
