You got it. Economy alone can raise Training, Leadership, the Economy itself and Industry to increase them. Economy is also used for Upkeep and Logistics for military operations and colonial ventures. To get ECs and ICs you will need to invest Economy and Industrial points to make one. Some Projects will also require some Industry to be completed.

Ah I see. All the more interested, I have become. It makes this games stragetic elements go to a whole new level. So most nations will be in the Late Industrial Age? Like Europeans.

Can't wait for the new thread to open and to see my stats. I would hope my army wouldn't be that small. Especially for a Large nation. Depending the size my Empire is considered.
