Article 1: The Nation of Siam shall Lease the City of Singapore to the Union of the Rhine for the period of 10 years.
Article 2: In Return for such services, The Union of the Rhine shall pay 1,000,000 Gulden a year for 3 years to Siam for the transfer of territory
Article 3: The Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and the Union of the Rhine shall assist in the modernazation and industrialization of Siam, and with the level of Middle Industrial Age nation be reached with in the first 3 years, with modernazation efforts continueing after that
Article 4: A Defensive Pact shall be signed between the Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and the Union of the Rhine with the Kingdom of Siam.
Article 5: The Union of the Rhine and the Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland shall agree to not attack the Kingdom of Siam and shall defend its independence and soverignity and shall sign no accord without Siamese consent that would decrease Siam's territory.

Or do what he actually did and stand up for himself until we negotiated a fair treaty that does not benefit either side more than the other.

You should be reading
Note that Kentharu has the power to control what clergy are transported to his territory. That means that while any Orthodox clergyman who is allowed transport by the Empire of the Japan has full rights to remain there as long as they want, travel where they want within the empire, etc., the Empire of Japan has to first give them transport as they can not recieve transport from me.

I don't have anything against the Orthodox clergy though I would say the conservative elite of Japan would hardly support anything like that 
I am merely stating your weakness in HANDING back to Russia at all any Hawaiian Islands even with compensation. Something that the real Meiji Emperor would have never done because if he had, a chocolate brand wouldn't have been named after him. It's a matter of Japanese pride and honor, and those things aren't very flexible. Money after all in the Japanese sense cannot buy honor.

Hey Icamancin, why have I only got one IC when I one of my majort BT orders was to focus on industrialisation and transportation. As far as I can tell the only thing you really listened to on my BT orders was the Naples and Danish wars. That accounts for two years, what happened to the other 100 or so??

I disagree with everything you said Ic. I basically threw the entire war to their side- I (should) had captured Madrid and that land, giving me some bargaining chips- not to mention I was already promised several things in order for me to join their side.
Including everything I should have gotten, I do feel wronged. I mentioned that the Ottos came close to my losses.
Thats what secret alliances are for. Should either one of them have even thought of it, they would have to face more than just me. And since when did everyone in the world care about France? I don't see anyone complaining of her domination of North America. I could have easily won a war against them with my alliances- it wasn't as if I was just sitting still while everyone was doing diplo- I much prefer secret alliances to public ones. Yet I had no say in any peace treaty, despite the fact I was the one to capture Madrid (I don't understand how bloody french could be there as they were still tied up in the Pryeenes when I rush it from behind) and end the biggest section of the war.
And not one shown.
And yet France crushed the American Indians without any problems. Yet Britian crushed the Marathi without an issue.
Nevertheless, I would still like a reply from whoever is in charge.
O.O What in the world? So even through there was nothing wrong, and I made some improvements, they decided on impulse "hey lets join together and get rid of something that has helped us?" Inter-racial? You do realize that if anything, the black population should have been grateful to Portugal since the end of the slave trade? I did give Brazil limited indpendeance, if you remember, by giving them their own governor. Yet it was neglected by someone staying within it?
Most of my army? Generally if somehting rebels new land aquirement would be put on hold until it is put down. You made my soldiers sound like complete idiots in the BT.

So what is? giving up all the land that soldiers paid for with their blood and bowing down to other forces? I spent so much time talking with people, working out who would get what, and in the end I'm screwed over.
Everything I did there was a underlying reason, and now none of that makes any diffrence. I already know what is going on and if they even have the slightest hope that it will succede, I beg to differ. Those who wronged me- and they know who they are- better watch their backs.
I will stop complaining now, simply because I don't want to get on your badside (if I'm not already there.) I would still like an answer from Brazil. Also, the falklands are mine, right? What about Zanzibar?

Hey Darkening dont feel too bad, none of my colonial expansion was done, I lost Italy and as far as I can tell none of my domestic orders were followed through on. I hope for change on the last one as those were the more important of the three. Italy I recognise cause its more trouble than what its worth holding onto it and the colonial expansion I can live with given the Italian situation. But godamnit I invested a lot of time and effort into domestic affairs and I expect more of a friggin return then one Industrial centre and no growth in economic centres!!!

Denmark-Norway DID hold some random islands in the Carribean in OTL - not as much though, and as it doesn't really exist anymore those islands are indeed weird.

There are no Danish Islands in the Carribean... The ones inbetween Haiti and the string of French ones are Portuguese....
~Darkening~: You do hold the Falklands and all your other Islands. The British hold Zanzibar. I believe that you gained some land from Oman in Africa proper.
Sheep: Just because you don't have many Industrial centers doesn't mean you aren't industrialised. You do have a large Industry stat though.
Likewise the map isn't completely finalised. I will be adding more ICs and Ecs and I still have stats to do.
