Rightfully, it is Chinese. The Chinese have agreed to turn it over to Spain. The treaty simply acknowledges that Spain controls the island and that Japan will drop any claims to it.

TREATY OF DANZIG​

This treaty is an affirmation of the friendship and co-operation of the Holy Roman Empire of the Second Reich and the Kingdom of Sweden

- The Kingdom Sweden offers Iron Ore with lower taxes to the Austrian court of Vienna and the Holy Roman Empire of the Second Reich,

- To enable better trade amongst the Kingdom and the Reich Lower Tariffs will be enforced and Danzig and a yet to be nominated Swedish ports shall be open to allied naval ships to ensure the threat of piracy is diminished.

- Upon ratification of this treaty a 20 Yr MPP shall be enforced,

- The sale of the Swedish territory of Danzig and Greater Pomerania to the Holy Roman Empire of the Seond Reich for 3 EP shall be enforced at the ratification of this treaty

- Swedish military personnel shall be allowed to attend the Military Acadamies of the Second Reich and enough places for 50 Swedish army officers and a further 15 Swedish naval officers shall be made annually for this purpose.

DIPLOMATIC MESSAGE FROM THE AUSTRIAN DIPLOMATIC CORPS

The Greater Austrian Reich offically announces the formation of the Holy Roman Empire of the Second Reich in the Imperial city of Vienna, which will remain capital. It is with great pride that we welcome the territory of the former Papal States, the Duchy of Rome into the Empire, and the treaty between Vienna and the Vaitcan restoring the Pope to his true mission, that of spiritual guidance.

We furthermore welcome the peaceful liberation of the peoples of Romania and Serbia from the muslim government of the Ottoman Empire and committed to ensuring the continuation of peace between the Ottoman and the Holy Roman governments.

Lastly we call upon the Holy Empire of Portugal to rennounce its charges against the Holy Roman Empire of the Second Reich and the legal reunification of the Roman lands to the Holy Roman Empire.

No, they killed the future Louis XVI (I think). Louis, Dauphin was already dead; he died right before the NES began, in 1765. You're right about Charles X, though; I just looked it up, and he's ten years old right now.

We have, until the time Austria decides to repent for its unholy sins, cut off all communication with the blastmephous reich. The title of Holy Roman Empire is a title that must be beneath by the Pope on his own free will, not forced from the end of a barrel of a gun.

Heh, well that's quite a shortcut for him. In any case, the point is that no matter how many Bourbons one kills off, there are - as the revolutionaries learned to their grief - many more to take their place. Hell, you might as well invite some more assassins, then appoint some Spanish Bourbon as heir, and later use him to unite the two kingdoms. That's just a thought, though.
