So, the wiki tells me: iCollateralDamage The amount of collateral damage (in percent) that the unit deals. iCollateralDamageLimit The maximum amount of collateral damage that the unit can deal. Which seems, at best, redundant. Then I look at these values for the catapult, and its iCollateralDamage is 100 with iCollateralDamageLimit at 50. So... it deals 100% damage with a maximum of 50% damage? Huh?
