[Idea] Colonization style specialist types - workplaces

Can you add new tag for improvements to give free specialist in city.
Code will be similar to buildings that provide free specialist.

For example worked farm improvement will give free farmer specialist.

Which city does it provide the specialist in? I assume the one that is currently working it? (and only if it's being worked). Yes, could be done.

Yes ex far worked in city will give free farmer specialist in that one city.

I wan that system for two reasons

1 WE can simply add additional benefits from farm (via farmer spec) like :gold: :science: :happines: etc deending on techs or civics. (example feudal could gie + 1 unhapinnes per each farmer)
2 we can emulate entire profession class social behavior like farmers unrest/revolt etc.
3 Some building could give additional benefits only to some proffesions making their work easier or more productive.

My plan is
1 Separate specialist types in city screen to their own tab and display thaem in 3 columns from specialist stacker by platy
2 tag that i requested provides free specialist by workerd improvement
 
I love this! I have always wanted Professions in CIV.
 
Now lets decide what speciaization will come from buildings (bolded already in game)

priest (religion worker, clerks guild) - maybe cleric will be better name
spy
engineer (design new things)
artist (artist guild)
merchant (trade things, drapers guild, mercers guild, grocers guild, fishmonger guild, victuallers guild)
doctor (healthcare worker - apothecary guild)
sciencetist (science worker)

enterteiner (enterteinment property)
tanner (from tannery)
printer ()
journalist (news worker)
broker (financial products merchant)
statesman (administration worker)
lawyer (judiciary worker)
teacher (education worker)
guard/police (anti crime specialist)
firefighter (anti flammability)
ecologist (anti air i water pollution)


baker(beakers guild)
blacksmith (blacksmith guild)
butcher (butchers guild)
carpanter (carpanters guild)
tailor (tailors guild)
potter (potters guild)
mason/builder (masons guild)
goldsmith/banker (goldsmiths guild)
programmer

unskilled worker
uneployed citizen

Can someone post all guilds that we have in game. I want one specialist type per each guild

It is better than the one we have. The Great Statesman has the Lawyer specialist as its lesser version.

However all this requires we fix the city screen specialist problem first.
