That includes Mech Infantry ? Or just Landship/Tank/Modern Armor ?
I'm gunna guess that doesn't include mech infantry, since its not in the "armour" line

I expect a fair few. They are reducing the cost (in the rev3games video at 4:45 the player has 9 SPs with four cities and the cost for the tenth is 495 culture - according to this site the cost here would be 1720 culture in vanilla/G&K), but they're reducing culture income as well so it's difficult to judge the balance as of yet. I suspect they shifted the balance to be less exponential, which would mean fewer SPs in the early game and more in the late. It would also mean settling new cities later would be less detrimental to SP acquisition (and potentially speeding acquisition). This is a good move, imo; I never like this particular mechanic for disincentivizing expansion.
without a great work, so I think it's natural to assume costs have also gone down, and they can throw in more ways to get free policies since they are less of a balancing problem with the new culture victory. The number of policies has also significantly increased with two new trees and the 15 or so tenets per ideology.
is the cost for standard setting. Ths is pic is from the Kotaku article, but I think it's a reasonable assumption that all reviewers were playing the same locked-in game.
. Now to make matters weird, I just watched the vid and saw that he does have The Oracle. Now his next olicy should cost 474
, meaning the cost has actually increased, assuming that I didn't make some stupid math error which might very well be the case.
.
Total War: +25% Production when building Military Units and new Military Units start with +15 Experience.
Lightning Warfare: +3 Movement for Great Generals. Armor units gain +15% attack, +1 Movement and ignore enemy ZOC.
Clausewitz's Legacy: Receive a 25% attack bonus to all Military Units for the first 50 turns after this policy is adopted.

My name is Arioch and I endorse this message. If you want an unhappy society then remove the ability to get a loan from a bank and say goodbye to owning a home, a car, an education, and many other quality of life enhancers.
It you want an unhappy society then remove the mints and we can go back to bartering and or localized currency that does not have backing, say goodbye to wealth security.
If you want an unhappy society then get rid of the stock exchange and eliminate the system that supports most peoples retirement plans, the multiplication of wealth through the middle class and the mechanism for the the most vibrant economies in the last century.
If anything Capitalism should be a more powerful tenet based on how fundamental economic 'freedom' is.
