iEspaa es numero dos!(Spain is number two)

That is odd, since Fidel Castro's relatives are also from Galicia. Celts are still giving troubles....

(Franco was also from Galicia, BTW, That could be a good celtic Leader too... LOL)
Well ít's not that odd since there are more ethnic galicians in Latin America than Galicia...

In some regions of Brazil, there were so many galician immigrants that galego became a generic way to call a white person.

And Gallegos is a very common last name, like Vasquez or Castillo also referring to regions.

As for me, I have no Latin ancestry. I am probably descended fro some Romans - although my ancestors came from lands at the edge of the Roman Empire, I'm sure there was mixing. But none of what I could call "Latin", although I hope to remedy that and make sure that my children have the opportunity to be part Hispanic.

Nostalgia...
It reminds me of the places you first visit saying "Wow!" and visit a second time saying "I should settle here"...
Well, there are so many But this picture ... Arg !

Me too, Spain is one of the countries I would really love to move to! Because:

- it has wonderful landscapes
- it is a warm country (compared to the rest of Europe)
- I like the language (yeah I know Americans hate it, but personally, I love it! :))
- I can learn the language easily (knowing Romanian and Italian I understand it perfectly, though I can't speak correctly)
- it has castles and a lot of history
- I admire them for being a Monarchy
- houses are cheap in some of the areas
- it is a Mediterranean country! :D

Great!
