I know. I just wanted to say I really want to improve your older LH and can't wait to try and do it. Meanwhile I'll do a few more LH of my own.
Here's Barbarossa, for instance.

That Barbarossa looks much more natural. Still, I'd work on the clothes. In my opinion they look a bit comic-like. Could be enough to edit the colours, though.

try using the nonshadered texture on the shaded LH it might make the face better. other than that it looks pretty good.

It's a Colonization LH, there is no nonshader there, as much as I know.
And, yes, it is final on my part!
I was delaying it so much because I wanted to make his clothes look better, but I couldn't do anything. And if you think the red is too bright... what will you say if I tell you it was PINK at the start!
And even before that he looked like a Native American-Holy Roman Emperor-Karl Marx!

Anyway. I think my next project will be Nzinga a Nkuwu or Joao I of Kongo. Probably will be based on Shaka since he's the only black leaderhead with no clothes in the game. I might start on him this weekend or next week.

Made by Europeans and i'm guessing upon hearing the portuguese name, they decided to make the king whiter. But one of his ancestors married the brother of a king of Portugal or something according to some random Angola site.

Garcia II:

Good enough image. Black Charlemagne.

I disagree on Joao I as he only happened to be the king at the time when the Portuguese came. The others above are much more notable for their countries history.

I don't want to do it. I just have a bad experience with custom LHs. I now make LHs only with original parts- it is safer.

Well, it is a little odd that you can't find the picture that is the easiest to find. This one is from Wikipedia:

That would be plain awesome! Don't know how plausible that would be though.

I'm thinking this because most who are shirtless are boring because all they are is, well, them and some gold around their neck or something. (in the above picture it is the arms)
