Ijnavy's Scenarios on GEM

Traiano, did you change the religious buildings names, religious units names, and leaderhead's favorite religion? If you didn't there are going to be error messages when you start the game. You're working on 1205 AD, I'm working on 1300 AD.
Can anyone please help with this annoying CDT??? I thought that I fixed it.

IJnavy, you overestimate my skills.
I simply opened the WBS and started editing every incorrect religious entry until I put CHRISTIANITY in place of JUDAISM--> as state religions, and also per each individual city.
That's it.

I didnt open any other file.
So far I didnt experience any error message though.

Regarding the CDT, I'm far from competent but if I can help trying to spot an error in the code (assuming you gave tell me what to look for and where to look) I'd be glad to help.

FYI, my 1205 AD GEM is actually ready to go.
But is just a major variation of your almighty 1100 AD, fastforwarded to 1205 AD.
Kudos to you.
I only have the WBS main file.
No extra assets or xml files.

At the moment I'm simply trying to do some labor limae to smoothen things up.
So far it includes 37 Civs and surprisingly doesnt seem too slow to play (like 1500 GEM).

If anybody is interested to play with it just drop me a pm, in fact if - as you imply - errors might arise due to the partial editing that I did (i.e. religions), I rather check that out before uploading it on the forum.

Well it's probably in the WBS since I tried it out with the same XML files that 1100 AD uses and it still did not work (1100 AD works fine with the same XML files). If someone can find out what is wrong, I promise to make the religions in 1100 AD, 200 BC, 1300 AD, and all subsequent scenarios right.

Why thank you ;)

Wow, 37 civs. I started making GEM mods, because my computer can barely hold 28 civs, so I'm not sure if my computer could handle it. I would advise you to make your own thread and post it there.

Sure, will definitely do.
FYI, I had the same concern regarding the amount of civs, ergo the impact on the game speed & playability.
Time will tell what's better to do (yeah, my computer is not bad, but neither I got 4 GB of Ram;)

I'm very disappointed with the 200 BC, maybe somehow it will be fixed.
I decided to work harder on 1300 AD, most of it is done, I still have to make the religions right. I should finish it by next week, hope that an CTD will not happen.

Portugal: 3 cities, 1 settler ;Castile/Aragon: 6 cities ;France: 6 cities ;England: 5 cities ;Wittelsbach (Bavaria): 4 cities ;Austria: 4 cities ;Scandinavia: 6 cities ;Marinids: 3 cities ;Mamluk: 7 cities ;Byzantium: 3 cities ;Ottoman: 3 cities ;Hungary:: 4 cities ;Poland-Lithuania: 6 cities ;Moscow: 3 cities ;Golden horde: 7 cities ;Ethiopia: 3 cities ;Il-Khanate: 10 cities ;Chagatai: 7 cities ;Timur: 1 city (Samarkand) ;Delhi: 5 cities ;Yuan: 13 cities ;Vijayanagar- 4 cities ;Bahmani- 4 cities ;Venice- 4 cities ;Papal states: 3 cities ;Ayutthaya- 3 cities ;Aztec- 1 city ;Japan- 4 cities

Progress on 1300 AD:
If there is no CTD, will upload tomorrow. Will also try to stop CTD in 200 BC by remaking it.

very cool 1100 AD scenario! seems very realistic to me!
Thank you.

Unfortunately, 1300 will be completed only tomorrow night.

I think that I finally found out the problem with the CTD. Adding 1300 AD on Download page.
Maybe 200 BC.

Nope, still the same for 200 BC, but 1300 AD works fine.

I'm going on vacation for a couple of weeks, and when I come back I'll make an update for both GEM mods, and upload a GEM scenario that starts in the "dark ages".

Also, China is probably going to be very strong. download page here!

Will check it out and happy vacation!;)

PS: (Sorry, already one nitpicky comment...) Yes, he was lame - phyically that is -, that's why he's called Timur Lenk or Tamerlan (Engl.)/Tamerlane (French).

Sure.

Everyone, please go to the GEM forum here, the scenarios are in the 1100 AD on thread and 1300 AD on GEM thread.
