I guess I'm not understanding what the arm issue is LOL It's just that that person is not completely in the photo. Looks to me like he/she has his/her hand on the back of what I would assume to be their head...ya know like he/she is just kickin' back and relaxing, just didn't get completely in the photo is all. I'm quite sure the photographer was content just making sure the girl was in the picture, I doubt he was worrying to much about the dude relaxing

A bloke in a restaurant complains about a firty fork, leading the staff to grovel and suck up to apologise, and the manager breaks down into tears, uses the fork to kill himself. the head waiter then screams about "the wound!", and the chef comes in with a meat cleaver "he worked his fingers to the bone! And the likes of you come in here and complain about the fork! You make me sick!". The head waiter grabs the chef, who is about to kill the customers:
"Mungo, no! Never kill the customer!", before he dies from "the wound".
The punchline:
