silverbullet
King
575BC to 640AD
Research: literature->Priesthood->mathematics->Code of laws->currency->civil service->meditation->paper
Traded techs: monarchy, metal casting, calendar,
500BC - Great merchant is born in Karakorum. I settle him there.
After literature I research priesthood so I can trade for monarchy. After that set research to mathematics so I can chop the GL more effectively. Next code of laws as it is a good tech to trade around and it leads to civil service.
Ater code of laws I manage to trade for metal casting and calendar, as some AIs still didn't have Aesthetics or alphabet.
150BC great library is complete. Next building is NE. I am hoping to get a GS next for an philosophy bulb, but instead I get another GM at 25BC. I decide to use him to bulb part of civil service and complete it the next turn.
1 AD - revolting to bureaucracy+hereditary rule
Tech status 125AD
150AD - mansa discovers philosophy. I spend 2 turns into it and trade it for civil service, then I revolt to caste system +pacifism to ensure the liberalism race. I get 1 GS to bulb education and 1 GS to bulb liberalism (partially). I keep liberalism 1 turn before completion.
After liberalism was bulbed I trade for machinery.
I assemble a small force of swordmen and capture assyrian in 350AD.
I also build some settlers to settle the rest of the continent.
Diplomatically things look fine. Gilgamesh is friendly and Isabella pleased. Frederick is busy in a war with Gilgamesh.
Tech Status 640AD:
Empire:
The plan is to keep settling the continent and tech as far as I can before liberalism (keep watching that no one has education).
