I propose the partitioning of Oceanistan and Madyland shall be like this: (EDIT: Saw your request, Zelata, just... add something in)

Note that I didn't bother to draw in countries who aren't getting anything from this partition, as I'm lazy.

Basically, split West Africa between Carthagistan and Marian, give the Caribbean Islands and Maryland to the Pirates, give me Indonesia/Solomon Islands like I originally wanted, give California and Pacificstan the rest of the random Pacific Islands, give Marian New Zealand and Tasmania, Ukraine gets Crimea, CSA gets the stuff they and Madyland dispute control of, and we can decide what to do with Australia later.

B. You're at war with them, that's basically just giving you a massive advantage in the war. An ally should either control them or be the ones gaining from the partition.

Nah, not enough. If I wanted anything I would want the entire eastern seaboard (of Australia).

Though then again, I think that looks really ugly on a map (non-contiguous empires). So I might just sit this one out... unless of course you were willing to give me the entire eastern seaboard for free...
