We follow in England's prime example. We are not longer blockading them, seeing as there is nothing to blockade. From now on, any Byzantines found in our land not seeking refuge will be killed.

Upon resigning from the game, you can distribute your territories to other players or just flat out make them unclaimed.

The rules say he can give his land to who he wants, so I don't see the problem with it. I am happy to give some of the territories to Japan if need be.

The deal we currently signed is all the territory will go to Xian for 20 years (5 turns) then Beijing and the three territories to the north of it will be turned over to the Japanese administration.
