And the Horde. Japan, of all nations, should know there's more ways to hurt someone other than attacking with guns and bombs.
The Khan upon hearing this news shook his head, and is quoted saying: "I knew this would happen, such a weak willed people like the Russians are prone to abdicate and flee like cowards under pressure. The worst part will be to tell the troops, they seemed so excited for Russian blood and skulls".
Now that the the Emperor has fled in shame, the Russian Empire won't last long, and soon those lands will be ours.
And, seeing how this has worked out, in a never seen before gesture, the Khan asks for peace with everyone he is at war with currently. He has seen that since neither of us can expand, and neither of us can attack one another, this will go nowhere, and will be incredibly pointless.
Klein Venedig will take this under consideration, if its allies are also willing to back down. We don't like war, but we won't chicken out when our friends still fight.

Please accept reality, continuing this war will prove nothing except that you are too scared to let me expand, so you instead cower in your corner of the world, in perpetual war, hoping that I won't come to burn down your cities. And unlike you, I am not harmed by this, I have no hostile neighbors who can attack me, and I have no coastal provinces. You on the other hand, 1) Can't expand, and 2) Are wide open for attack by anyone except me.
Go with the smart choice and not your gut, and you may live another day.

Actually everyone at peace with you wins. Since people at war with the Horde can count themselves out of the race for the remaining territories around the world.

German South America and Brazil already worked out their South American SoIs I believed (and both are in the war).
The Ottomans and Caliphate, last I checked, have also already worked things out.
And the Cuban Empire has already worked out the partition of Mexico and the Caribbean.
You're still wide open for attack by anyone though, especially since you cannot expand.
While on the other hand, I'm nice and cozy in my central Asian steppe, surrounded by many, but bordering none.

That's not the point, the point is that you are vulnerable to attack still, while I am not. All you are doing with this war is stymieing your expansion, while keeping me safe from invasion. You're the one losing the war, not me. You're just kind of protecting me, which is sweet of you but The Horde has no need for protection.

Since you guys are the Horde, I don't see why we're exchanging relatively pleasant diplomatic discussion right now.

We've realized that to continuing conquering, we need to stop the war. No matter what it takes. Now stop pussyfooting around, grow a pair, and admit your wrong before your ganged up on and disposed of like the trash you are.

B.) Brazil
C.) The Ottomans
D.) The Caribbean Sun
in that order. No territorial exchange. No reparations. Just concession to these four nations.
