Erm, Sire, I'm most surprised. I don't see how a single destroyer could be able to blockade an entire island, filled with dozens of destroyers. And your so called 'claims' are based on the Stats of the GM.

Also, Oceania has purported zero terrorist attacks. That is blatant reputation tarnishing, a complete lie. You cannot decide what I do with my country. You cannot invent some terrorist attacks I supposedly would have decided to do, and no one else. Oceania is a pacific nation. Oceania has never attacked anyone. The current conflict seems to be about the territory of Anadyr. I'm still waiting to negotiate about that. But the other side wants to invade all my territory, all Ocenia (a thing materially impossible) just because a piece of ice I don't have.
I claim to the world! In these 100 pages, people have filled texts about peace-talking. Will no one do nothing about it, now that war wants to come by some? Now that some nations become tyrannical and aggressive?

We don't have an army of any size whatsoever. But our navy is one of the biggest of the world, if not the biggest (I'll leave those kinds of things to the GM). Doing that, in our doorstep, in front of the most well defended island in the world, is more than foolish.

Are you declaring war? Have you lost something in Oceania in the antipodes of the planet? Mind your own affairs, if you're not going to help to sustain peace.

12 destroyers protecting your capital island is accepted only because you have an economic base, in war time, to sustain that many, and nothing else. assuming, that is, if other nations didn't blow it up.

not having an army is just silly. we can land in Nauru without opposition... defenses mean nothing if you have no one to man them.

Consider Nauru under blockade, and a no fly zone established. nothing will get out or get in.

We don't have an army because we don't need one. We wouldn't attack no-one inland because we are a pacific people. But all the troops in our navy can perfectly handle operations in land on our small islands. We wouldn't be so dumb to neglect our own defense. So bring on your paratroopers. They will clash like water in the cliffs.

Your attempt at blockading is futile and laughable. Do not waste your time coming and occupy yourself in rebuilding your empire.

About the terrorist attacks, that's what I get for don't reading well. For my defense, I was at haste at that moment. But I understood that we were the terrorists. I thank the investigators, compensations will be rewarded, ofc.

for one, Nauru is the crappiest place to build all that. there's NO benefit to doing so, all the while living under a siege mentality. im sure there are far better locations to do that.

for the record, Roman planes scouted the island. we found that it is slightly fortified and built up somewhat in the interior, but that's it.

the Roman Empire is not looking to conquer. just blockade. do not push your luck, silly Oceanian.

All for you to reduce facts to nothing and put your opinions above with not a single shred of shame or remorse. I'm tired of describing something, how and why in 30 lines and then someone come up and say with some idiotic sarcasm of one line that what I say is not true.

I came to IOT forum eager to participate in what seemed a very cool political simulation game, knowing I would give up much of precious time, but what I've found out is a shell like closed community that only respects people that have being playing for years. Well so be it.

you have to be believable. its only a hundred years in the future, with serious setbacks in the mean time.

for the record, assume you are equivalent to modern day Cyprus. one million people of high wealth. you have a larger than usual navy compared to Cyprus, but a smaller Army.
