You have no legitimacy whatsoever to declare South America part of someone and not-part of someone. You contradict yourself. If pacifica "first comes first serves" because it has spare claims, and if Pacifica wants to come to SA (its not my decision as I'm not deciding this anymore), to a place no one could colonize if it weren't for Pacifica, you cannot oblige Pacifica not to colonize.

Oh, and it ends with killing the president and massacrating the natives who throw artwork at the protagonist. If the player dies, the locals celebrate with mass outbreaks of xenophobia and inbreeding, then the game starts again. The 7D graphics offer total immersion in the game , and you can control your character with your mind, if you have the GameHelm 7D ( copyrighted by Shunjan Industries, GEAR).

...weeks that they may have been busy. I had for one thing essays over the last few weeks and although they have been handed in I have now gotta prepare for my examinations in May. If a hard lock to be place a countdown and the rain of last moment contributions may occur.

It's fine that you focus on real life but honestly it's been a long time. If you can't get something in, you can't get something in. It's not like you can't put it in after the reboot. Two or so people are holding the entire game up.
