A full investigation has been carried out by both French and British intelligence units into why the Indonesian war is not over. Many spies have been executed and internalized misogynists re-educated. It disturbs me that these agents of the patriarchy were able to sabotage our efforts so. But what is done is done, we are now fighting a two front war.
To replenish losses in the Indonesian front we recommend to start creating Mendog Shock Units. We should allow all able-bodied Mendogs who have not been convicted of a Level-Three or higher crime and wish to keep their pee-pee to join a MSU. We suspect that recruitment will be almost universal. All Mendogs in a MSU will be fitted with an explosive collar. They will be organized into squads of 100 Mendogs and 1 Female Sargent. If the men attempt to defect or retreat then the Sargent will activate their collar, obliterating their heads. If the Sargent dies then the collars will activate as well, they will told this so as to reduce Female casualties and to ensure they do not try and turn on their betters. These units will be sent directly to the Indonesian front.
The Scottish Mutants continue to resist our enlightened rule. Although the use of MSUs in Scotland is unfeasible due to the delicate situation there, we may have found a solution to the problem. A group of fanatically faithful colonists calling themselves the “Sisters of Battle” have taken matters into their own hands, routing many Mutant Rebels from the territory. Their hatred of the mutants have made them an effective fighting force, although they have taken few prisoners. Regardless of their faults, they are possibly the key to winning the Scottish conflict. I urge you to legitimize their group in Scotland and attempt to organize them into the Matriarchal Guard, if properly trained they could make an effective fighting force in other fronts as well.
