We would understand Texarkhana's positions on slavery... our penal system can be more harsh than other nations I agree but it was our understanding more just than prison... and more productive.
As for our Caste System however we are simply following fact; that some people are better suited to higher positions than others. Should we allow the coward to join the army? The idiot to lead the nation? We allow the brave to join the army and the wise to lead the country. This is not a "inferior system" but rather a allowance of fact and justice, while Texarkana suffers from permitting the fool to be captain of the ship. We do not bow to morally and systematically weak standards.
As for slavery; we are not constructing the Olympic Games stadiums, ranges etch with slaves. We are also not happy that the government of Texarkana would politicise the Olympics. We hence declare that we open our borders fully to Texarkana citizens who wants to be in a system governed by justice as oppose to "fairness" and other idiocy. In Greece we will set the criminal to repent for the sins committed, not allow them for a break in a cell.
Ancient Greece practiced slavery and it was a beacon of philosophy and other wonders for the world, especially in math and politics. Athens may have been cursed when it was under a period of direct democracy (as Plato experience to his annoyance) but it did allow slavery in natural wisdom. That said we do not give slavery by birth, for we are not like that but rather in a systematic setting.
To relate slavery to our caste system though is to ignore the justice of our system, for equality is useless for the mob brings only discord while disciplined citizens bring justice.
In other news we would like to offer lucrative shipbuilding contracts to France as a counter to Texarkana's poor diplomatic policy. We also oppose any ideological state building Texarkana may have for Vietnam which would hinder Viennese independence.
