Secondly Russia was during the 2020-30s the leader of a block of eastern countries, in the 30s to 40s member of a European federation and the nation then fell during the wars of the 40s. Overall the environmental situation is moderate by world standards though farming is largely nonviable and most food will be imported from Indonesia or Russia with luxury foods coming from Rhodesia.

We would like to organize a meeting in Bangkok, to solve the dispute. We hope that both of you agree, for the greater good of the region and international peace. The destruction in Vietnam, China and Japan, during the Pacific War than inflamed all of Asia, should show that war leads to utter destruction for both sides.

Our personal proposal for the resolving of the situation, is to put the disputed territories under UN Mandate, which shall organize free and fair elections, so the citizens can decide if they want to join Australia, Polynesia or have independence. We would like to note, that this is just one option we are proposing and joining the meeting we propose does not mean that you agree with this option. In the meeting, other proposals and plans can be proposed.

We would also like to note, that Thailand will take measures, economic, to punish any party that brings war in the region without first trying to solve the issue with diplomacy. So, we call you to join the meeting and give diplomacy and peace a last chance.

The Russian Soviet Federation does not see this monarchist upstart as a legitimate government. The only government that can be responsible for Russians is the one that has accepted the glorious revolution. They can't be expected to be allowed to trade through our borders, but we will accept anybody willing to denounce this bastardization of the Russian nation living in its "borders" with open arms into the true Russian nation. Unless that is the case, nobody will be going in or out of this Tsarist dystopia until further notice.
