OOC: I did not invade a nation. I invaded the United Nations.
Following the last weeks declaration of neutrality by the President, this evening the President has made a televised speech that elaborates Indonesias outlook on the war in detail. Her speech includes Indonesias trade policy towards belligerent nations and also several security measures that is undertaken in order for Indonesia to be prepared against a worst case scenario in which Indonesia is forced to enter the conflict.
Her speech is then published by the Presidents Secretary as orderly points in many Indonesian governmental websites. The following was taken from the official website of the Presidency of Indonesia:
THE DECLERATION REGARDING INDONESIAS POSITION TOWARDS THE ONGOING WAR
The Indonesian government hereby declares its formal position in the ongoing war between the United Nations and the Empire of Japan. The following points shall emphasize Indonesias economic, political, diplomatic, and military policies or actions towards belligerent nations.

Indonesia declares that it shall be militarily neutral, and it shall not partake in any military related operations that would include the nation in the conflict.

Indonesia shall prohibit any military vessels of the United Nations forces to operate in Indonesia, this includes naval vessels, which is prohibited to operate within the doubled range of Indonesias territorial waters (24 nautical miles). The same also goes for Japanese or Vietnamese military vessels.

Saturday, Indonesia and Austria reached an agreement to mutually cooperate in developing their respective national Industry and also the Arms Manufacturing sector. The agreement is made shortly after Austria announces their intention to develop their national industry and arms manufacturing capability. Seeing that both
Indonesia and Austria shares a similar goal, both nations then decided to pursuit their intentions together, in order for both nations to be able to compete against the civil and military industries of other nations.
Indonesian Foreign Minister, Mrs.Svetta remarked:
Svetta: "This historical agreement between Indonesia and Austria is made in order to pursuit both nation's similar goal to be leading nations in arms manufacturing and civil industry and to also create a bond between the two nation, so that the two can help each other grow faster while also ensuring that the industrial and arms development between the two remains mutual and cooperative and an unwanted arms race is prevented."
Currently, both Indonesia and Austria are rising powers in their respective regions. Austrian control of a huge part of Europe and Indonesian success in securing their position in their resourceful region provides numerous potential for both to be a leading world power. To further consolidate their growth, both nations launches its own industrial development programs and with most of the world embroiled into an expanded Vietnam War, neutral nations such as Indonesia and Austria gains a beneficial momentum to economically expand as other warring nations are forced to pour their resources into military developments.
For Indonesia, the miraculous growth last season have pushed them from a backwater nation into one of world's fastest growing economies and with many more industrial projects still in schedule, combined with this recent economic agreement and many more to come; economic planners and speculators hoped that a stable constant growth continues, and Indonesia will overtake both Gibraltar and the Volgan Federation as World's biggest economy.
While both Indonesian and Austrian industries are eager to start their new friendship and cooperation, they must still wait until the next season, as the Austrian government decides to put their part of their agreement into effect together with the series of national reformation they have in plan.

When people are strolling through the streets of any Indonesian city from Jakarta to Denpasar, they will notice numerous new high-rise residential apartments are appearing every day; and even more so, the streets themselves are new and well-constructed, complete with standard street-lights and flora decorations all-around the sidewalk. Some will say this is a great sign of progress in Indonesia, and most will agree. But more recently, environmental experts and advocates have expressed their concerns that the developments being conducted by the Indonesian government could potentially damage the environment if it is not taken into account.
Currently, the first stages of residential and light industrial constructions are nearing completion, and there has been no pressing environmental consequences caused whatsoever by this developments. But experts think that environmental problems would appear as soon as the residential buildings are filled up and the industries began to operate. Officials at the KNPP have received letters from environmentalists expressing their point of view, and have publically responded. The KNPP stated that the concerns by the environmentalists are valid, and their notice of the projects progress and effects towards the environment is appreciated. The KNPP reassures the environmentalists stating that environmental causes of these massive projects is already taken into account during the planning stage of the project.
The KNPP answers many of the points written in by the environmentalist regarding parts of the projects that may potentially be damaging towards the environment. Some important examples of the concerns stated by the environmentalists includes how would the government operate and manage the new industries, including their potential pollution output and waste; they also asked how would the government handle the resource requirements and waste output that will be caused by the influx of residents in the new tenements constructed around Indonesia, and moreover the environmentalist are also concerned that the Algae Fuel technology would produce the same output of carbon footprint as a normal oil.
In response, the KNPP stated that the new industries they are building is as green and safe as it could be. It would be 90% operated by automated robots, which would use renewables such as solar power as a source of energy. Concerning waste, special processing centers will be included in industrial regions to process waste outputs created by industries and reproduce them as recycled resources for that can be used again by the industries. Heavier industries such as Metal and Steel Industries would be built in volcanic regions, so that the smelting process can use geothermal heat instead of fossil fuels that is normally used and causes toxic level of pollution.
Regarding the topic of residential areas, the KNPP has also assured that it is well-planned. All of the residential areas being build will have its own infrastructure and superstructure network. Meaning that all public facilities and necessities such as hospitals, schools, daycare, and even supermarkets will be within a range of maximum 15 minutes of travel by foot. Bicycle installations and electric-powered mini-buses will also operate to improve accessibility. This would eliminate the need of personal transportations, in turn reducing carbon output from the transportation needs. Wastes from residential areas would be collected and treated the same-way as industrial wastes.
Additionally, resource needs of the residences such as electricity, water, and even food will be sufficiently covered by the residential complex itself, as it is designed to be fully self-sustainable. Solar collectors and small wind turbines are included in the buildings. Water would be taken from the sea after a process of desalination, and waste/used water would be piped towards processing centers where it is reprocessed and can be used again for other purposes. For food, there will be a vertical-farm building for every residential complex to provide fresh vegetable and fruit products. Though, meat and poultry products must still be produced and transported in from rural farms.
Finally, when asked about the issue whether the new Algae Fuel would be as polluting as oil or not, the KNPP stated that while it would not be as clean as thorium and other renewable sources of energy, it is far cleaner than traditional oil and certainly more reliable than the renewable energies. The KNPP states that to prevent an overuse of oil that would restart the environmental problems of the 20th and 21st centuries, Algae fuel use would be limited to a certain amount of power plants and gasoline products should only be used for military purposes such as military vehicle fuel. Public and Personal transportations would rely on clean electricity and not combustion. Vehicles would have solar collectors on their roof and also rechargeable in power stations.
The KNPP is certain that the developments would have minimal impact towards the environment, and insists that the most important thing to prevent environmental disasters is for the people to use the green infrastructure that is provided by the KNPP according to plan.
The KNPP is well-aware of the risks if the industrial developments went uncontrollable and causes an environmental crisis therefore an enforcement towards environmental care and safety shall be pressed, as Indonesia would not like its economic growth to share a similar fate as the Chinese industrial growth in the early 21st century.

The price of our 48MM Anti-Aircraft Guns have a unit cost of $20m/unit. Our 50MM Satellite-Guided Artillery are 90m/unit. We're willing to break each package down into 5 individual payments, with 15% increased cost on each payment. 95% of payment is due to Penobscot Industries, 5% to the US government.
We are also considering purchasing a aircraft carrier forreverse engineeringprestige and strategic positioning.
