In game graphic issue

Hi,

i'm using centrino m 1.86 ghz, 2gb ram, nvidia go 6200, 200gb hdd, windows xp proffessional sp3 .. etc

ive been playing bts for a week but something happened yesterday (there was no problem before)

when diplomacy screen comes, game map disappears and goes fully black or white and when i close diplomacy screen, game map comes normally again.

i tested on civ iv and warlords, but seems they work well

civ iv, warlords and bts has latest patches.
i reinstalled whole game and expansions with patches, latest dx
it didnt help

and i didnt install anything new (any program or a game)

Check the
HideMovieBackground = 0
in your CivilizationIV.ini file. If it's set to 1, that may be your problem. Also, turn up your movie settings in your option screen to maximum, otherwise the background is hidden too.

Usually, the background goes black if it's hidden, though. I'm not sure why yours is white. Might be a setting on your graphics card?

thank you for your advices, but they didnt work,

HideMovieBackground is already set to 0 (and graphic details are on the high details)

as i said before, it happens only when i play bts,
original game and warlords exp works great.

its really annoying, and im still trying to find a solution :/
