If you ignore us then we will withdraw from the French cease fire as something as simple as an election cannot even be given. These people have a right to choose whether to go into the communist yoke of the USER or stay with the country that has ruled over them for many years or even independence.

If the people have been given equal rights then they should have no problem voting to remain with you will they? You saying you are willing to work towards a peaceful world through negiotation but your recent unwillingness to budge on this issue is quickly hammering what peace efforts have been made. This also making much of the world suspicous that you are hiding something more in this annexed colonies. Hold the election to calm the worlds fears and once again for us to move forward to peace.

We urge the Axis to boycott and condem the USER annexation of the former French colonies as they have illegally expanded their empire for ther furtherment of communism. If communism continues to spread with force then we are facing a huge threat to our own well being. Feel free to break the ceasefire if you will over the fate of a few colonies that have no wish to remain under French imperialst yoke. Our army in the South of France remains in place to ensure that if such an event were to occur that you would not get far. We will not restart this war, we will abide by the ceasefire and we will abide by the election results in France, but I tell you now that the former French imperialist outposts are not France, were never part of any deal and never will be part of any deal. While we remain committed to peace through negotiation we will happily defend the rights of all Soviet citizens including those in the liberated Republics against your continued wish for imperialism. There elections now will be for the elections of their Soviets and the Supreme Soviet. Never said we were, but as neither present government is 100% legitimate, the decisions of either are dubious as far as international law is concerned. Now, if the communists were to win the elections and confirm their previous agreement with you, it WOULD be legitimate. But not until then.
