We are not quite willing for an alliance at this juncture.

We should have an mpp in these uncertain times. Not to mention we are both the first to sign your alliance against genocide

To: California
From: Mexico

Would you accept a mpp as a sign of friendship so that we may safe guard the americas.

FROM: Republic of Ireland
TO: International Community (about Sarajevo Accord)

While we support the ideals of the accord, we will not subordinate our sovereignty to such an agreement. In the very unlikely event that such action is necessary, Ireland will try its own citizens in Irish courts, not in some foreign military tribunal.

Unlike what I have heard about your nation, ALL people in our nation have the same rights. They can be in parliament, vote, own land, travel, etc. This also means they can say what they want. At the moment, there is a Serbian independance party, which ran candidates in Serbia and got not a single seat. There is no Bulgarian independance party, therefore I have determined from this that they do not desire independance at the moment.

While not legally binding, I do believe that you have made a good decision. Though international tribunals are fairer, the whole point of this is to end genocide, not determine who punishes. That is merely a way to enforce it.

Maybe your people have not yet announced their intention yet. Do not forget the Hungarian Uprising.

How can you demand we cede independance to a nation that has not informed us that they want it? We shall not forget the Hungarian Uprising, as our motto concerning recent events is "Lest We Forget"

Have the Armenians demanded independance? Please forward us any letters you might recieve as ours must have gotten lost in the mail.

Due to recent events, we have had a referendum. An overwhelming 89% of our citizens support teaching going to war with Turkey, but at the same time leaving Turkey as an autonomous nation, with its capitol of Ankara. Our relations have been soured recently, and your recent comments drove the citizens of Austria-Hungary to fury. Therefore, I formally declare that the nations of Austria-Hungary and Turkey are in a state of war. We are currently arranging ways for your embassy staff to leave the nation safely, without returning until such a time as we will be negotiating your surrender. We hope you shall treat our embassy staff in the same way.

Signed,
King and Prime Minister for Life Franz II of Austria-Hungary.

OOC: EQ - please make a response, which if it does not include the largest part of this, I will assume it has not happened, and write a story. Yes, I have been planning this for a while. I would have been fine had the nation of Armenia been created as well, though it was something I was sure wouldnt happen.

Well it could be argued that their relations have soured. I have no proof to contradict that statement.

Bring it on.

From Greece
To Austria and Turkey

Any disruption of our trade through the Aagean Sea or the Black Sea will result with our navies intervention.

From Austria

We shall in no way touch your navies unless it can be proven that they are assisting the Turks in more ways than shipping supplies.

From Greeks
To Austria

We are not talking about our navy. We are taking about merchant shipping in the two seas. If one hair is harmed on our citizens then will take approiate action.

From Austria
To Greece

We shall not blockade any supply lines, nor will we sink merchant boats. We shall sink Turkish submarines, and only Turkish submarines. What they do to you however....

From Greece
To Austria

We will await the Turkish response to our diplomacy and you worry about your ships.

I agree to a NAP, and a trade agreement, but at the moment I cannot let you get dragged into the war with Turkey. As soon as this ends, we shall gladly sign a MPP with you.

We revoice our demands for compensation- were we to attack english lands, would they not seek compensation? Also, we wish to inquire whether the English will vacate the Canal immediatly.

If the English do not give back the canal, we will bombard London to a smokin' crater and **** their troops. I think Ireland would be happy to help. (I'm the only one who cares about American well-being and freedom..... sad.

WTH......I'm so confused.....aren't you England's ally in this war?
