Treaty of Madrid: First Amendment​

1. All trade is hereby returned to their formal status.

Executive Branch: President at head, with Cabinet/Presidential Ministry following. President elected for a 6-year term, highest they can serve is 5 terms or 30 years. If the president dies, the Vice President takes over. If he dies, the Council will vote on a new canidate. The King is now a figure with no political power. The King however, cannot be voted out and an heir will be announced by him at age 50. If they die before then, the President chooses one of their children. This also happens if the King cannot choose himself. Cabinet contains the following: Vice President, Minister of Finance, Secretary of Defence, Minister of Public Saftey, Minister of Education, Minister of Health, Free Union Representitive(s), and Diplomatic Chamberlain.

Legislative: The Council and Congress are the main Legislative Branches. The Council contains 200 members and votes on taxes, domestic policies, domestic laws, presidential succession, and religious issues. Congress contains 100 members and votes on foreign policies, war declaration, international trade, and controls the military.

Citizenship: All people are admitted citizenship as of now. Any immigrants are hereby allowed to sign up if they have personal ID. Any people who were formily Spanish citizens are allowed back their citizenship if they reimmigrate here.

Socialist Decree: Due to corruption in large companies, all franchises, stockholding companies, international company branch, factories, and agriculture are now owned by the government. However, any small shops (Such as a one-shop bakery) are not in the government's jurisdiction.

4. We now sign an MPP to the USCA and to all American nations who accept, besides anyone allied to the USA and the USA.
5. We hereby remove our claim for the Gilbitar Strait, for 10 years.
6. We wish for you to again, respect our neutrility zone. Also, all naval/land attacks on Spanish sea/soil will result in automatic war, even if they don't directly involve the Spanish people.
7. We wish to create an international research program in either Geneva, Switzerland or Brussels, Belgium to help us cooperate in founding new technologies. This will not require any fee/diplomatic agreement, except in a direct war between two of the participating nations.

We whole-heartedly agree, but we propose we rename the Alliance the Freedom Alliance or the Coalition of the Free, seeing as we are an coming together of truly free people and seeing as the countries in this Alliance are not an Axis around which the world shall revolve, but a barrier created by freed people to stop the spread of Tyrannical Anarchy and Tyranny.

In no way, shape, or form do we feel threatened by the commintern. I can honestly tell you I would MUCH rather join an agreement of people with like ideology than an agreement of people AGAINST people with a like ideology! This is from a centrist government, and we have voted. 80% voted not only not to join the AXIS, but to condemn it as well. We do not condemn any members, but we condemn the idea.

We are all in fear the commintern alliance. It is not so much against the ideology but against the spread of it to our lands through force. This is happening in France and communist insurgencies can be funded in all of our lands. It is a threat to the governments of the world and a threat to our government.

We're sorry you feel that way. It is a shame that you're unlikely to find much shelter. Please view the reforms forced upon Spain by the Commitern. The Axis Alliance of Freedom is formed merely to prevent aggression by the Commitern and we are growingly concerned by the obvious support of French communists by the EASR. OOC : Yugoslavia was not meant as Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia, etc. It was meant ALL slavs, as the name implies. Czecheslovakia, Poland, Ruthenia (though that one didnt exist) are all included in the Y. Therefore I have Germans (Austria), Magyars (Hungary), and Slavs (YugoSLAVia), all three major components of the triple monarchy.

We are not paranoid of revolutions and we do not oppress communist parties. Our nation supports the idea of democracy and if the communists are elected then they have the power to do what they please for their term but when they force their ideology through military means on other peoples we draw the line. This alliance is to help perserve the idea of freedom and democracy without the oppression or domination of one ideology over so many others.
