As to my avvie, it's the definite integral from 0 to a of f(x). Nothing suprising or interesting there. I may get around to changing it one of these days...make it more complicated...but there's only so much you can cram into a 70x70 space

Yankee, I always wondered what your avie is.

Much miniaturized version of the "Flag of Honor" that was put up on the first anniversary of the September 11th attacks at the World Trade Center. If my memory serves, the names of the people lost that day were in the flag. I don't know what building is behind it, but obviously, the flag was transparent enough to see a silhouette through it on that day.

Meh, what I had before then doesn't need to get dragged into it. Politics go elsewhere.

I think I pulled it off of a news story at the time, which is why I can't find the original. That and it's been two or three computers later.

The others I had were a Yankee logo for the 2003 World Series and a picture of Hobo Saddam after he was captured and his tonsils were shown to the world.

Edit: I'm pretty sure that building is one of the World Financial Center buildings, as the flag was probably displayed at Church Street. I suppose it's time for a change, isn't it?
