Initiative - Should donsig recuse himself from JR12

Public Defender donsig has a potential conflict of interest with JR12, related to various discussions and polls previous posted.

Should he recuse himself from this JR?

Options:

• Yes, he should recuse himself
• No, he should rule on the Judicial Review
• Abstain, I have no preference
  
  This is a private poll, and will run for 4 days.
  
  Should there be more Yes votes than No votes, donsig will recuse himself from the JR. Any other result will result in him ruling on the matter.

I think the run time of this poll is too long.

I also think Donsig could have chosen to go with a pro-tem voluntarily more than a week ago and the docket would probably have been cleared by now.

Well, that's just peachy... tied 4-4-2 so far, with a couple of days remaining.

What are we supposed to infer from this if it's tied at the end? No decision, I guess, leaving it still up to Donsig to decide his own course of action.

I voted abstain..Donsig if you think there is a problem then step down..if not stay. I trust our judges to do the right thing. If not next term, they wont get my vote. I voted abstain because I cant get into your head to see if you are influenced....

Yeah, I know. But then I'd be curious as to what effect the publicness of the poll had on the vote. One of these days I'm gonna run side by side public and private polls on the exact same question to see if there's any difference.
