All those Gothic names sound the same anyway, especially if you actually use the Gothic version. How's a decent person supposed to tell the difference between Thiudereiks, Alareiks, Badereiks, Gundereiks, and so on?

Well, we can just blame the Goths for being so limited in their name choice.

Or we can blame the Romans for only recording a limited selection of Gothic names and giving the few remaining named Goths Latin names.
