Why did you load from such an old save? You should have loaded from the last successful login, which would have been my login at 1:40 am EST last night. Everyone before me should still have their turns completed.

I'll try to do that; but the problem is that I'm in many other games and have to follow the host of those.

If you cant give any notice then you could possibly take the game down for two to three days to allow everyone to patch. This is what happened in some of the games when BTS came out and seemed to work ok.

yeah kill the game if you have to patch without warning us. Better for EVERYONE to miss a turn or two than just those who cant patch right away.

I think taking the game down for a single 24 hour period should be plenty of time though. Just notify everyone at least 12 hours before the time you would take the game down, let the turn flip to a new turn, then take it offline for 24 hours for the update.

Whip, when you have to reload someone's autosave please announce whose it is you had to load so that people know that they have to redo their turn. I almost didn't realize I had to redo my turn.
