A while back, I had the idea of running an I&B type game, except set in the future (start in 2050 AD). I even began drawing a province map of it, and some other graphics.
But now with about 7 other things in planning stages on CFC and elsewhere, it looks like that idea isn't happening. However, if anyone wants it, I can finish up the map and post it for y'all. It was pretty much white/blue borders on a black background.

IIRC I basically had finished the Americas and Africa but not much more than that.
The amount of provinces was similar to I&B2, also province names were printed on the map. I'll see if I can dig it up.

IOT Man's Burden was a success. We are working on the mechanics for the game now, and the map will be based on this.
