Well, Mobius is a future Earth, yes, but you can see some clear differences in strategy, especially in a Civ 3 game. In particular, most of the world could be linked by rail!

I have the map and a few bits of the rules, but it's basically the sequel to IOTE, so the rules are almost the same and I haven't bothered to rewrite them.
