... In an IOT, there is a general accepted certain colours for certain nations. Thus, some nations need to be that color unless the player says so.

Russia/USSR: Green/Red
UK: Light Red
France: Blue
Greece: Light Blue
USA: Blue
Austria: White
Germany: Gray
Netherland: Orange
Spain: Yellow
etc.. etc...

Doesn't exist and if you are talking about Norway, they asked for grey.
