You'd definitely still have to import. Just imagine that all those nice cows are slaughtered upon entering your borders.

Yes, that's exactly it. But Grenada can only sell $40 of goods this round, as per its export allocations.
I personally recommend you try appealing to the IMF to boost your GNP, otherwise trade is just a distant dream.

Here's a trade organization thread, as I'm getting a bit lost as to what is a trade or just negotiation. Please use that thread for negotiating, but post the final agreement here, hopefully it will make my life a bit easier.

EDIT: This brings up a point. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CAN IMPORT AND EXPORT. I cannot allow you to trade beyond your limits. It would be wise to fill out your table at the beginning of each round so you can prepare.

The European Union is a Union of Indepedent Europeans Nations. The Unions goals are:

1) Create a strong European Economy.

2) Promote European Culture and Arts.

3) Protect Europe.

The Union will be Economic and Military. The States will sign a DP and help each other. Also the Union will give loans to help countries with economical problems. The Heads of the Euopean States will meet every 3 months to talk about the EU common policy.
