We can agree to what Tibet proposes, but we would like to expand further to Tibet's North west as compensation for the east asia regions.

Tibet does not care for the barbarian west, and as such has no problem with Soviet expansion to the North West of Tibet outside of its proclaimed SOI so long as it does not intrude on our stated interests or expand in a manner indicative of hostile intent to the Tibetan people.

Speaking in front of thousands Avril Duval, on the balcony of the Council of Socialist Nations, spoke to all the people:

"We are in chaos, being one state in a union that should be of many states. This must be corrected. Hence I declare in honour to the great Abel Roux who founded the Socialist Union of Democratic States via will of a referedum that we honour his legacy and commence forth the Revolution. Let France be one so that we can spread the light. Let us show the destroyer who came to this world that the Socialist Union of Democratic States is not a force to bring down. We are like a pheonix: we will reborn and like a pheonix we are of fire... fire of JUSTICE!"

The crowds screamed in delight. The S.U.D.S was back in buisness.

The Empire ot Tibet has no claims on the Korean peninsula and the islands of Asia. Any settlement of China with intent to establish some sort of "mainland japan" chinese colony will be met with our displeasure however.

Sorry to blow your bubble but it is sign up for new players. The USSR is soildly in the game and your position in Germany is set to make war with two nations.

Allow Germany for the Germans, not the Nazis. There is already a German power. Play Russia where is plenty of room.

Apart from the presence of another German and the fact the room in Russia would have allowed his power to grow strong without early wars, the main notion is that he is taking parts of France.

Notice his claim map is taking part of this map. France is the SOI of the SUDS.

Richardson Corporation News Division​

Richard Funds Island Aeronautics Project:

Today our beloved CEO and majority shareholder Richard Richardson annouced the I.A.P, the Island Aeronautics Project. It plans to unite the divided islands in the Indian Ocean under the R.U.A.C and connect them via a series of airports. Not only will this help bring the comforts of civilization to the people of the Indian Ocean, but it will increase the amount of air travel, thus it will also increase profits for the Richardson Corporation. Here are areas that the Richardson Corporation plan to cover with the I.A.P by the end of the year:

Richard stated in a press conference earlier today that he is excited by the prospect of expanding his airports and the protection of the R.U.C.A by the end of the year. He hopes that these regions will enjoy the same stability and comfort that Madagascar and the surrounding regions enjoyed.

Extra Terrestrial Linguistics Program Annouced:

John Albertross, our chief diplomat and delegate to the UN, is travelling to the the Charrat'a to head a team of elite linguists to help the Charrat'a learn English, as Albertross believes that it is unfair that a nation will be excluded from international relations because they cannot understand what we are saying. Richard has endorced the project, stating that more trading partners would be in the interests of the Corporation. Albertross will extend this offer to any other alien speices that are trapped on Earth.

Richard Annouces Flight to the Moon:

Richard annouced today that the R.U.A.C is planning to send a manned mission to the moon, the first mission of it's type for over fourty years.

"XONES has said that there is going to be a space race," said Richard "and frankly, I intend to win it. We are not going to harm other nations, we will peacefully construct our space program. We will accept defeat if another nation wins the space race and will humbly go about our buiness. We will continue open relations with the international community. However, I would be betraying all of humanity if I ignored the oppurtunity of a space program. The future is in the starts, I know it."

Richard has set up the Richardson Space Exploration Division, or R.S.E.D, to carry out this mission. Wish them luck!
