People of Honduras, you need only look at the language of the Panamanians to see that they worship the Spanish hegemony and the conquistadors who conquered and opressed your ancestors for generations. Did your ancestors not fight to be rid of Spanish opression? Will you now dishonor their sacrifices by returning to Spanish hegemony? For that is what Panama is, a return of Spanish slavery and misrule to your fair land.

The devil? The CSA are rich to proclaim themselves a candidate for honour... WHEN THEY HAVE ASSAULTED A CIVILIAN MERCHANT SHIP?! They proclaim the Conquistadors oppressors... who liberated the natives of Mexico from a sacrificial cult?! They call the Spanish, whom the Latino share blood with, oppressors when the northerners had proved themselves exploiters to great degrees, murdering the natives in their land. Our hegemony is naked in its truth; power is necessary to ensure peace and order. Unity is best protected with power: power is best controlled through unity. Hence we declare "peace through power" as a whim to our ends. The Latino, be they direct decadent of the Conquistadors, natives who adopted the way of civilization or others will find haven within the Imperium, safe from exploitation and their children not threatens by pitiful thugs, be they of the street or (in the case of the CSA) of hostile states.
Us must know thy enemy; a German by the name of Carl Schmitt noted that democracy blinds one to hostility, for we must beware of the CSA who now attempt to disunite the Spanish speaking peoples. If the CSA consists then we will play ball. We could declare that "New Mexico and such should reconsider joining the CSA, for the CSA will robe them of their security and their right to trade freely, for the CSA will deny trade through Panama and to Japan." However we are not children; the CSA will learn to respect OUR sphere of influence, OUR right to invite new members, OUR borders which the CSA so happily attempts to violate, OUR people. The Imperium will not abandon Honduras and the CSA should respect this if they want to prove that they know some degree of civilization. Crime does not pay and it is a crime to bring disunity to a people.
We will defend Honduras from the Confederate, the Communist and other aids to Lucifer!
As for the the United State of Pacifica: heed them... if you want to leave yourself open for a pack of wolf to digest you! The CSA will sooner or later seek to "recruit" you by force! Join us and do not accept the naive way. However the The United State of Pacifica do show... some consideration in recognising that imperialism is imperialism, for the Federation and Confederacy lie about their true intention, when we admit that power is necessary for peace. Hence we are not fully offended by the USP. We request though that Haiti and Hondorus, along with the South American powers, heed not the path of the USP over the Imperium but do consider above the Federation and the CSA. Best to be weak than savage and uncivilized. We are strong, civilized and have commitment to the will to power. We are the strongest. Consider us above all; unity is power.

Sad to see such errant displays of rampant imperialism and aggression. Surely these nations masquerading as empires have, even under their illusions of faded grandeur, have not lost such a grasp on reality that they attempt to fully disregard the sanctity and sovereignty of these nations who have fought so hard to chart their own path in this world? This blatant disrespect for the state of modern politics is nothing short of disgraceful.

See? The Confederates want you annexed anyrate; the difference is they want you to not be among your fellow Latino and set in orderly safety (your a jigsaw piece in the form of the greater Panama!) but the CSA want you to be unsafe. You will be unsafe as a independent state due to the Federation's and CSA's savage ways, while you be worse off under them. Join us and together we will stand as a beacon of civilization! Your local populace will be grander their own governor from their own ranks and their own eventual army that will serve as a elite force in the Imperium. Consider well.

The Confederacy would like to offer all nations currently being threatened by the Panamanians an alliance and a guarantee of independence. The Confederacy will not allow Panama to continue annexing sovereign nations and destroying their people and culture by reimposing the Spanish mantle that they all fought so hard to be rid of in the past.

The people of Honduras are being denied entry into the Imperium? See Hondurans! They are the ones who are oppressing you by denying your chance to join your fellow Latino brethren! Now they threaten the sovereign duty of the Imperium! If the CSA consists then we will block their claims to invite members into their nation; the same with the uncivilized Federation. 10th anniversary of the occupation of Vienna
Today, July 23 1950, marks the 10th anniversary of the occupation of Vienna. On this very day, the austrian armies that were fighting against the prussians were crushed and the emperor of the time, Karl IV, died on the battlefield. Around this time, the current Emperor, Franz V, was on a vacation in Croatia and was crowned Emperor in a very rushed ceremony at the cathederal of Zagreb, which became the de facto living place of the emperor until the end of the war.
Back to the present, a huge militar march was done on Vienna. The emperor and those in the march went to the cementery of the many soldiers who fought in the war and a major ceremony was held there. Many more civilian marches (and a couple of Doulvinists that accused the government of cooperating with the prussians) were made, but the march mentioned earlier was the most important.
In this climate, Austria sent a diplomat to Prussia in hopes of striking a cultural cooperation treaty in hopes of reconciling both nations.

Will the CSA and the Federation condemn Prussia for annexing states? Because German reunification is like the Imperium's desire to reunite the Latino, who were originally sought to have been a unified union; we wish to make that dream a reality. We support German reunification as we sought to unify Latin Americans.

The Latino nations were under the same cause in their sovereign struggle in their revolt; the notion that the CSA presumes ignorance has ignored the central cause of our degree in how relative it is to Prussia's Germany reunification plot. It is the Confederate that results to mindless rhetoric, for Honduras is to Panama as Saxony is to Prussia: parts of the same family, best united. We stated that if you dare oppose our claim to Honduras then it is logical that your claims to the likes of the WTA are nothing but violation. Simply put; respect that Honduras is to unite with Panama (which will pave a way for the united Latino power) or we will declare you utter hypocrite as the first of many considerations to declare. As for Prussia we hope their senses come to a alliance with us, especially to ensure a good relation between Prussia and Rome, plus Serbia.
