Is a decisive win possible?

How did you manage to play +100 games? It makes 3 games per day
since the launch.

Quite easy actually.

Not all games go for hours. The default standard size map with 8 civs is not the only option. And not all of us micromanage. And not all games are finished, if it is clearly a loss or a total stalemate I see no point in going on just to post a score.

The object here is to figure out a winning strategy, or at least a good strategy - and also to figure out things NOT to do. You don't need long drawn out games for that.

And I have to say that the often touted "rush for knights" is highly over rated, esp if the other civs have longbow and/or pikemen. They are not useless - they do quite well against obsolete units, but they are not war winners from what I can see. They are useful also for auto-pillaging, with more moves than non mounted units. More points than horse archers etc, so they stand up a lot better to attacks by older units.
