Is looting a dead body stealing?

You can call it stealing. You can call it looting. The point it, your taking it from someone else, and depending on the circumstances, it can be legal or not. It's the same thing. In my personal opinion, anything that has not been claimed by a living person in over 100 years is fair game.

I agree, but I think you should change it to rightfully claimed by a living person, IMO

and possibly up the time frame, once again, IMO
