Is there any Graphics overhaul mods yet?

Does anyone know of any graphics overhaul mods for Civ 6 either complete or being developed?

I am hoping someone out there is trying to make a more "realistic" look compared to the "cartoonish" look.

Or is based on what has been seen so far is a Mod like that too difficult to achieve?

Sound a bit too difficult to do due to the fact that the graphics I think are tied to the engine the game was made on.
