I think it may have been the Kulin civ that has problems with it's leader screen that caused this music glitch or the dll leader fix I used to try to fix the Kulin problem (didn't help.) Also I was using wrong version of CS leaders. Playing a new game already and learned that it may not be a good idea to add new mods when starting a marathon game.
