They had two options:
a) go visit the Moris
b) go visit me
Guess which one they chose... :(

"Are you coming with friendly intentions?"

Hmm, no response. Perhaps not.

"Wife, grab the kids and the cat and everything that's not nailed down, we are going to California now for good..." (Can't stand that annoying sabre-swinging in this part of the world...)

Send few hours back...

Some nasty looking gangs in my neighbourhood also.. It's probably nothing that good sake can't handle. :D

Immagawa attacks with two stacks. Daymo Rick decides to teach the invader some manners and attacks stack south.

Daymo Rick (4/4) vs Spearmen (4/4) -> Spearmen (2/4), Damyo Rick retreats, that could have gone better.
Stone Crossbowmen bombard south stack - no damage
Stone Crossbowmen bombard north stack - no damage

These Crossbowmen´s are going to beaten up after the war is over.

About to lose a worker to a barbarian. There's a ronin stack just sitting outside a city.

"We got a mover!" Shouts Daymo Rick from the war front.

Operation "Typhoon" begins:
4 Catapults yellow defending Immagawa spearmen up on the mountain and shave off 1 health from 2 Bushi.
Atacked stack with 6 Bushi, 6 Crossbowmen, lost 5 Bushi and 6 Crossbowmen, killed 4 Immagawa Bushi, 1 Spear and 1 Crossbowmen, the northern flank is secure.

In the south:
Crossbowmen shaves off 1 health bar of vBushi
vBushi kills defending vBushi(3/4)

Such a detailed report. Is this normal for pbem games to report every event? I would have went by the logic of "well if its not there it died" and "if the city isn't yours take a guess on who took it"

Yes, it's very important. In a normal single-player game you can see, how many enemy units have attacked and how many of them died. But in PBEM you can't see it, and it makes quite a difference, whether the enemy did not have any losses when killing your 5 units, or whether he lost 15 units while doing that: because that will certainly have an influence on your decision, whether you want to counter-attack this turn, or better not... ;)
Also the exact hitpoints the attackers lost, is of importance: if you know, there is only one healed defender in the enemy town and then half a dozen red-lined units, you will attack the defender, even if it takes some losses, because then you will get the chance of killing off quite a number of his red-lined units!
