Clearing some things up:

A fleet can hold 4 armies.

Two enemies can not have their fleets be in the same sea with eachother without a fight, UNLESS it is the first turn of war. So, for example, lets say I had fleets in sea A and I attack Bob who has fleets in sea A as well. Unless I order my fleets to attack his, the fleets will not attack eachother until next turn. BUT if Bob said he wants to defend Province 1 with his fleets in Sea A from an invasion, and I send an invasion, then his fleets will react accordinly. That make sense?

Shogun Tetsuya Miziguchi paced slowly through the Imperial garden. He had recieved word of Chinese activity along the borders of Vladivostok and Seoul. This was much to his dismay. Japan was fit for war only in its navy; theoretically, mainland Japan could hold out for almost forever. However, economically and militarily the nation remained far from sound.

He walked over to his Koi pond, which was encircled by stones, as he dropped small pellets of food to the fish.

Japan had no desire for war at this point. Miziguchi was quite happy to retire to his garden and re-invest in his nation, to deliver to his people the wealth and security they dreamed of in their rice patty and fishing hut lives.

He sat down in front of his pond, listening to the watter that ran throughout the garden and admiring the hedges. Pulling out parchment, ink, and a brush, he wrote orders to his generals:

"Chinese Forces march
Seeking blood across the plains
Vladi. be strengthened"

He rolled the parchment up and put it in the sash for his kimono. The wooden sandals he wore slapped against his heels as he re-entered the palace.

Oh ya, the building in any province thing will be ending soon. In 5 turns, you will have to build military bases which will cost 20c in a province u wish to build uinits in. Your capital, along with 2 other provinces (your choice), will be gifted a military base when it begins. This is a warning.

I was looking at the map, and I noticed a couple things I have not mentioned in the rules:

1.) Chile is split into 2, the north on can be called North chile and the south one is South Chile when your refering to them.

2.) The Panama and Suez canal can be used, but with the consent of the owners of Cai and Pan respectivly. For example, if the USA wants to use the Panama canal they must either conquer Panama or have Mexico say that America can in their orders. The owners can, of course, demand something in return for using the canals, say money, and have if they don't pay the money then to not let them use the canals. This make sense?

3.) The black provinces of Nepal and Switzerland are unpassable.

Speaking of straits... is it possible for the owners of the Dardanelles (ANK province... me ) or the owner of Gibraltar to lock the access to other nations (i.e. me negating Russia access from BLACK to AEGEAN Seas) OOC: Don't worry.. it won't happen Azale

oh, a big circles and small circles are the same thing - I am trying to convert them all to small circles tho it is taking a while . Squares are 5 armies on land, and one fleet in a sea. Basically, the size of the shape does not matter.

To all the invading people and what-not:
We, the Germans, are humiliated enough as it is. We wish not to loose anymore lands and soldiers, so we will accept Britain's peace offer, but we only want to regain our capital Berlin (BER) which is occupied by Britain. We wish for no more war and want to help our people recover from the hardships.
So, in summation, we accept Britain's peace proposal.
