The Great Dictator
I'm pretty sure I was on a jobs blacklist for a while...
I just answered that I was more interested in sex and drugs at that time.
psst externalities are like, just your opinion manI take it that "consequence-free", here, means that it has not consequences to you personally, as opposed to the person whose time you've wasted on a practical joke with no punchline.
This is the first time I might actually believe that Valessa is under the age of thirty.
For me to care about that, you'd have to establish that these people exist in the real world first. I believe they are (you all are) just projections in my mind, that don't really exist, which is why the only thing keeping me from doing bad things to you imaginary people, that I would have to live with the consequences, as you fake people do not know or understand that you are not real.I take it that "consequence-free", here, means that it has not consequences to you personally, as opposed to the person whose time you've wasted on a practical joke with no punchline.
See, now you're back to being thirty-four, because while every teenager who has ever lived thinks like this, they don't just declare it explicitly. You're trying to hard to play the role, you're not letting it come naturally. For me to care about that, you'd have to establish that these people exist in the real world first. In those rare circumstances when I can do what I feel like without consequences I must express myself fully so I don't become insane due to the chains that keep dragging me down.
But I've said like... 50 times now that I'm not actually 15. Much closer to 15 than I am to 34 though, if that's any help! And I don't mean that in an edgy teenager kind-of-way, I mean it as in Solipsism. This simulation is good, almost believable, but then the simplifications that have been necessary to simulate group behavior for example, are just too large to be ignored, and that's where the world loses believability. Well, it's not that bad, but they really can't put you directly into situations where a heavily simplified simulation of group behavior is being used, and then expect you to still believe that the world around you is real, because when you see how apparently every single person around you goes mad, but you yourself manage to keep somewhat calm and rational, then you start questioning things.See, now you're back to being thirty-four, because while every teenager who has ever lived thinks like this, they don't just declare it explicitly. If I'm an invention of your imagination, then my opinions are your opinions. I am but your fractured subconscious trying to express itself.I would say: "Well, that's just your opinion.", but if Solipsism is right, then you don't actually exist, so how could you have an opinion?
