I bet your English is better than my Belgian!

Im sure you'r Belgian is as good as mine considering it isnt a language ;)
We speak Dutch / French in Belgium. (actually its more like flemish and french , but that just makes things complicated, we are a tiny tiny country and still need 2 languages :crazyeye: )

could someone tell me how to attatch the save??

Below you'r submit reply button there is a box with additional options.
You will find a option there to attach files.
Click on the manage attachments button and it take you to the upload program.
Click on browse find the save file and click upload , once its uploaded it will be added on the bottem of you'r post . Same goes for screenshots , even though that only adds them very small , i still havent figured out how to make them big and in the middle of a post neither.

save attatched to my last post!!

Well...sorry about this, but my logging mod didn't write the log file.

It was a pretty slow turnset, but it's early in the game so it's to be expected. I stopped Worker production in Hamburg as it was a pop 1 city. Instead, I whipped a worker in Berlin.

Berlin will regrow soon, and I would suggest changing from Barracks to Settler when it grows.

That's pretty much all that happened although we did meet an Italian Warrior. Looks like everyone is on the same continent! Maybe worth getting some Galleys exploring as soon as as there may be a good size continent somewhere else ripe for the taking. Obviously concentrate on our own lands first.

Sorry about the lack of log guys!

3. REM > Out Sick

OK...Naithin hasn't played and it's been over 48 hours...I would hand over to REM but he's ill (he's in another SG I'm playing), so it's over to Shadzy19!

Still had some time after playing my other SG so went ahead and played. Doesnt take very long anyway at this point in the game.

Turn 0 1225BC:
Was wondering why our worker was fortified on the stone , move him on the forest hill. Also wondered why we settled yellow dot and not white dot.
MM Berlin and change the mine to the cottage.

Turn 1 1200BC:

Turn 4 1125BC:
Use the shields from the chop for a settler and continue on barrack .

Turn 90 (1000 BC)

Turn 91 (980 BC)

Next player can decide what to do with the settler and the worker , i would settle the white dot where our archer is currently at and chop a obelisk right away and hope we get a cultural expansion before toku does.

Since Kentharu is MIA, I'll skip him and take my turn. If I don't hear from Naithin or Kentharu in the next couple of days, I'll post in the Registration thread asking for a couple more players.

I've also PM'd REM to see if he's able to play, if not, we'll really need some more players!

I'm back, haven't got a chance to read the turns that were played, an update would be great.

Turn 0
you left a worker unmoved, WTH?

Turn1
set Hamburg to barracks
Settler completed and moved towards white dot
barracks (8) berlin set beakers to 90% giving +1 gpt
barracks (23) Hamburg

Turn2
set beakers to 70% giving 4 gpt
barracks (5) Berlin barracks (20) hamburg
Hamburg worker cutting forest, Munich founded on white dot

Turn3
set beakers back to 100% giving -6 gpt, researching writing (10)
Munich stared on Obelisk, we jumped to 4th in scores 216

Turn4
moved berlin to road wheat (3)
barracks (19) Hamburg barracks (4) berlin
obelisk (43) Munich

Turn5
forest cut for 45
Barracks (7) Hamburg barrack (3) berlin
obelisk (42)

Turn6
Hamburg worker roading to Munich
Obelisk (41) barrack (6) hamburg
barrack (2) berlin

Turn7
road to wheat
barrack (1)berlin barrack (5)hamburg
obelisk (40) munich

Turn8
barrack complete in Berlin started granary (7)
scout was killed by barbarian, no big deal though we can't explore anymore and there was no way to get away from him

Turn9
Tactus does his thingy in great culture civs, we are puny :(

Turn10
berlin grows to pop3
writting in 3 turns, -2 gpt
barracks (2)hamburg growth in munich (5)

my advise for you is to finish roading to munich then cut a forest to help with culture, we need it a lot since japan just took our cows (via cultural expansion)

Thanks Kentharu.

Nice to see you're back REM. We're pretty much still in the early expansion phase, so not much to tell yet. Obviously being a Domination game we want to concentrate on military techs primarily. I don't know if you've read the SG for CTIV-6 (which I think you're a part of as well), but I think we're going to come up against a similar problem that they're having. They've got close borders with Mad Zedong, who they're trying to keep friendly (fellow communists and everything), but war looks inevitable due to close borders. We'll probably come up against the same problem here with Tokugowa. However, as the variant says that we need to be friends with Japan, we must not declare on them. If they declare on us on the other hand, it's fair game, and we'll just have to concentrate of keeping Julius happy.

Turn 101 (780 BC)
JOE's comment: Kentharu, don't end your turn on your last turn, leave it red for the next player to study things. It's general SG etiquette!
JOE's comment: MM Munich for Obelisk in 13 instead of 38 at the cost of being stagnant. Would recommend Library here for quicker cultural expansion.
Berlin begins: Settler
Berlin begins: Granary
JOE's comment: I see Berlin will grow to its happy capacity in 1 turn. No point building a Granary there at the moment.
Berlin grows: 5

Turn 102 (760 BC)
Berlin begins: Archer
Berlin begins: Settler
JOE's comment: Growth prevention is turned on in Berlin. Settler in 13.

Turn 103 (740 BC)
Hamburg finishes: Barracks

Turn 104 (720 BC)
Hamburg begins: Archer
JOE's comment: Start Archer (7) in Hamburg for defense of Berlin's up and coming Settler and subsequent city.
JOE's comment: Spotted a barb Archer near Munich.
Tech learned: Writing

Turn 105 (700 BC)
Research begun: Alphabet
JOE's comment: Gone for Alphabet for its trading value. It's also a good route to get to Drama which also has good trading value as the AI never seems to go for it.
JOE's comment: We have Open Borders with Julius.
Archer defeats (1.74/3): Barbarian Archer

Turn 106 (680 BC)
JOE's comment: Set Berlin's Worker to Hamburg to work the land there whilst Berlin isn't growing.
Hamburg's borders expand

Turn 107 (660 BC)

Turn 108 (640 BC)
JOE's comment: Catherine wanted Open Borders and was denied.

Turn 109 (620 BC)

Turn 110 (600 BC)
JOE's comment: Elizabeth wanted Open Borders and was denied.
Hamburg finishes: Archer

Turn 111 (580 BC)
Hamburg begins: Library
JOE's comment: Berlin - Settler (4)
JOE's comment: Hamburg - Library (34)
JOE's comment: Munich - Obelisk (2)
JOE's comment: Alphabet (27)
JOE's comment: There is an Archer North of Berlin for defense of the Berlin Settler. The next player will found our new city.

Turn 112 (560 BC)
JOE's comment: Research is at 80% and breaking even.
JOE's comment: After telling Kentharu about not pressing Enter at the end of your go, what have I done? You guessed it! Nothing has been touched though, sorry.
