jokes for the simpsons

They have a nuclear power plant in their city.
That means, according to Civ rules, they have to live next to a river. :)
This rules out nearly all of U.S. territory.

We should make an attempt to post all the clues we have as to where they live, and eventually solve this case. :)

 There are many rivers in the US, Mississippi being the biggest, with 31 states being iuncluded in it's watershed. Or did I not understand your post?
But I agree, we should post states we know that it's not in from the clues.

What I meant was that the city can't be anywhere on the map, it has to be ADJACENT to a river. This eliminates most most of the U.S. landmass.

That number will still be pretty big. I've lived in 5 different U.S. cities, and they were all adjacent to rivers.

During the time that the United States was settled, most cities were founded on rivers. Also all states, except for maybe Rhode Island, have at least one river.

@Yaniv-you want clues? The following are states that I can remember that they said they aren't in:
Alabama
Arizona
Alaska
Florida
Georgia
Virginia
West Virginia
Mississippi
South Dakota
North Dakota
South Carolina
North Carolina
Texas
Oregon
Tennessee
Massachusetts
Hawaii
